The semi-detached houses 1 to 10 offer in comparison to the other houses in this project, a living space divided into 3 levels. This provides enough space for the whole family. This type of house therefore creates the luxury of separate floors for children and adults, as well as the shared ground floor.

In addition to the many retreat options in these houses, sufficient open space has been provided, which can be used individually.
